Using fitness code I am trying to assign some value to a variable.
But the value is not getting saved into the variable.
Can anyone suggest me where and how I need to initialize the variable.

Hi Nageswararao, your syntax for defining the variable does not look correct. To define a variable, use the following syntax:

!define var {123456}

Then you can call the variable by calling ${var} in your script later. Please see the full documentation for a further discussion of creating variables:

localhost:8980/FitNesse.FullReferenceGuide.UserGuide.FitNesseWiki.MarkupLanguageReference.MarkupVariables
