Hi,
We are using ORACLE database. We have one table contains 40+ columns. Two fields are populating values with the help of two different sequences.One is for primary key and other is for non primary key field. Issue is, Appian is executing sequence only for non primary key field.Is there any way execute the sequence for a non primary key field?

You could put the sequence.nextval call in a pre-update/insert trigger on the database side

As Tim mentioned, trigger is best option.
If you can't do a trigger, you could always use Query RDBMS node to select nextval fro dual and then populate the CDT before the write.
