Is there any way to mark an application contents (Rules/Process Models/Reports) as read-only?

Hi Karthikeyan,
You can set the security of the folders containing the rules constant, process models and the knowledge centre containing the reports.
Below is the link for reference describing the different security roles that allow certain actions, so you can set security to Viewer so that the Appian objects are only viewed but not modified.

Karthik,
If the user is a system administrator, he would be able to modify all the artifacts in the server.
User should be a basic user and should be part of the Designers group.
Then you can set the security as Viewer for the individual artifacts to make them read only.
Setting the Viewer only in Application will not help.
Eg: If you have the Rules Folder with Administrator access for the user and if you set the Viewer access in the application level, it will not help.
