Hi,

We are planning to upgrade from Appian 7.5 to 16.2. What would be the best approach? Should we go from 7.5 to 7.8 and then 16.2? or we should go directly from 7.5 to 16.2? We looked at the documentation, it looks like there are no extra steps required to upgrade directly from 7.5 to 16.2. Can anyone guide over this?

Direct from 7.5 to 16.2 should be fine. There will be a good number of config changes but they should be listed in the migration guide. Make sure you do it in a test environment first, and test out as much of the code as you can. Check all the individual release notes for any functionality changes due to resolved issues.
