Poor Performance When Using Documents or Knowledge Center

Question

I see a performance issue in the application whenever there is some activity related to the documents and KC. 1. creating a folder 2. uploading a document. 3. any plugins which are creating a document and save in a folder What could be possible causes for this. All these were working fine in one environment, but I see tremendous slowness in another environment. I am checking if other applications in that environment are also experiencing similar issue.

There was a problem with the search server nodes and it was in RED. Now the status is back to GREEN and all the nodes are up. No longer facing the issue
