Polling mailbox issue using modeluuid

Question

I have configured Appian to poll a mailbox. I have successfully setup an alias to route to a process model and this works perfectly, how do i setup tha laias to route to an event? I have added the following line to the config: conf.mailhandler.alias.dev.rmbcismancocomplaints=eventEPOC_Receive_Event Should this work if my event name is EPOC_Receive_Event. It does not seem to work? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Oh I see. You configure it the same way as using an event that remains the same, however the alias points to the model uuid. Appian is smart enough to know that if the message is directed to the model uui and the model has a start event with a receive message event the data has to be accessible.
