System Administrator Unable to Open Tempo When Removed from Designers Group

Question

System Administrator User is not able to open tempo mode when he is removed from Designers group, but when same user is turned to basic user he is able to access tempo mode. We need to restrict admin user having designer access but he should be able to see only tempo mode, so is there any specific group we need to add admin user to see only tempo mode. Any help/pointers will be really appreciated.

we were cleaning up the Designer group members and when we removed the admins from it they were not able to access system. so we thought there will be some ways so that admin can access at least tempo mode when we remove them from designer group.

You are right we can make that user to basic and remove it from designer group to access tempo interface.
