Knowledge centers have no reader and author groups defined

I ran the appian health check up and i came with issue "31 knowledge centers have no reader and author groups defined. Basic users will not be able to access or create documents and folders in these KCs, which is only appropriate if these KCs are never used by end users."

I gave security to each and every KC's.But still error persist.What should be done in order to fix this error.
