Related action repeats when validation fails

Hi all # Related action repeating multiples times.if I give proper values to all mandatory field's it working fine, if validation fails its giving multiple related actions

    Hi Praveen, From the screenshot i understand that you are using quick task for creating related action in process backed record. And also i observed that you are going back if validation fails. so for each instance of node it is creating the one related action. As per my knowledge i can suggest you Select the "do not create if active instances exist" checkbox on the Other Tab. Correct me if am wrong.
