Related action repeats when validation fails

Hi praveen,
If you have any quick task in your process then after completing that task it will immediately create once more instance. and in your process model if validation fails you are looping back to that same quick task in that case it is again creating another instance.
so as said by @venkatesham it is better to specify 'Do not create if active instances exist'. which is there in others tab under 'Execution Options' section.
