Is there a function to get all the users in an Appian environment?

Is there a function to get all the users on Appian platform? The "username" is from external and need to be validated first.

Create a group for e.g. 'ALL USER" and make it rule based that adds any user who have the '@' sign in their email. Query for users in this group to get all the users.
