Missing some Process Instances

Hi guys,

I realized that some process instances are missing on "Designer" for a specific day. I already tried to find these instances with "Search Bar" but without success, moreover these instances weren't archived. Do you have any tips to try figure it out what happened?

If you're positive that they haven't archived or deleted (manually or due to data management settings), you could try an advanced search and narrow down by initiator, data range, process model, etc.
