The page could not be loaded. [HTTP Code = 504] (APNX 1-4279-001)

Hello,

We are trying to import one package from dev(7.10v) to test2 environment but we are facing below issue while inspecting the package
"The page could not be loaded. [HTTP Code = 504] (APNX 1-4279-001)".

When we try to inspect same package in test1 environment which is on 7.10 version it take 2 minutes and package inspect successfully, but when we try to inspect package on test2 environment which is on 16.2 version, it take more than 12 minutes to inpsect and throws error.

So is there any role of versioning to face above issue?
