Attach an email with attachments?

We are trying to introduce the news feed for 2 groups. One group often shares emails (from external parties) with the 2nd group and these emails contain attachments. Is there a way to attach an (outlook) email such that it will open in outlook or otherwise in a useful way with the attachments maintained?

You can attach the email in the form of an .msg file. This should open in outlook and preserve the attachments
