number limit for custom Email Sender XML

Is there any limit on number of custom Email Sender XML we can place in <APPIAN_HOME>/ear/suite.ear/web.war/WEB-INF/conf/process/. There is existing custom file in the folder and when we are trying to add new xml and property file, the new sender is not getting added to the sender from list

Did you restart the environment after the change? Are there any errors in the startup related to the email config xml file?
