Multiple Node Instances

I want to create multiple instances of process model. what is the best approach to trigger these process models using "inputting list of cases(data) into sub-process node and configuring other tab for running it for multiple times" OR using "Send message or Email to trigger these process models multiple times"? Do these both approach have any server implementation difference for load balancing. which one is better from performance point in case of huge instances of same process model running in parallel?

If there are no other options to fulfill the requirement that do not necessitate kicking off multiple instances of a sub-process, I recommend using messaging to accomplish this.
Messaging will ensure the load is balanced appropriately across the engines, while using MNI will not.
