Attachment not found in PM after upgradation to 16.2.

I have a process model which triggers through an Email which contains an attachment. It was working fine earlier but as I have upgraded from Appian 16.1 to 16.2 It is not showing the attachment in process model which is sent alongwith the Email, but when I tried to make a new copy of that process model than the newer process model is showing me the attachment properly.

Did you review the logs to see what the relevant error is?

Open the original model -> File Properties -> Attachments Folder. Most likely someone deleted the folder and now that field is showing "null"

@ Eduardo. There is no attachment present in neither older PM nor in New PM.
In my PM I am getting attachment file through the E-mail which triggers that Process model and saving that attachment in a Document type Process variable.
