How can we merging the E-Signature(Wet) captured in Appian with a PDF file that is generated from the forms fields captured in Appian ?

@jegadeeswarand - this is what we did:
1) Allow E-signatures using docusign (integrated Appian workflow with DocuSign)
2) Allow user to upload a wet signature document (Appian generates document -> user prints it -> user captures wet signature -> scans and uploads back into Appian workflow)
There are better options available though. You could also allow wet signature from within Docusign, so that docusign collects the signed document back from the user and your application can pull it back as if it were an e-signed document.
