Alias for long url not working as expected

Hi ,
We have setup a alias for our long ELB Url. The problem we are having is : Its’ giving server error when I try to access the environment as https://alias.com/suite/tempo

It works fine when I just access as https://alias.com/suite as it redirects to ELB

Any help would be much appreciated.

you would need to have alias.com set as the hostname in custom.properties, or set up some redirect to change the URL in the browser to the actual long URL. Appian can only respond to requests on one hostname.
