Support cases on forum broken?

I tried twice now to submit a new support case, but it never showed up in the Support Cases Record. I thought maybe the first time I accidentally cancelled, but I was certain I submitted the second time, and refreshed the Support Cases record listview, but even after 10 minutes neither case has not shown up.

I also added a comment to another support case, and noticed that the comment is not displaying on that case (also refreshed 10 minutes later).
