Unable to open data store on Internet explorer

We are facing issue to open data store on Internet explorer v11. We are getting below error
"Error: An error has encountered while loading the interface. Please try again"

But we are able to open the data store on Mozilla. Any help is appreciated, thanks.

Have you checked the logs? They're usually more descriptive.

@jacobc yes, we have checked the application-server.log and server.log but we couldn't find anything there.

Did you try clearing the browser cache.
We are also using IE v11 and its working fine wrt to opening data store.
Let me know if it works.

Try closing the IE or opening the new tab InPrivate Browsing

@sidhantb @abhinavg712 we checked by clearing browser cache and also InPrivate Browsing but no luck. All my colleagues are facing same issue.
