Hi All,
I am unable to create support case , is it broken? I am getting error as attached.

You won't be given access to raise technical support case by default. You need to get permissions from some one like Appian partner executive/account director.

Hi Naveen, Thanks . How can I get this permissions? Do I need to contact some authorized person from Wipro for this?

Each Appian account with a client should have one authorized user to create support tickets. I would either find out who that authorized user is for your account, or I would email support@appian.com if you are unable to do so.
