User start pages in Mobile

We are trying to reduce the number of clicks by adding the record link to user start pages. But I see that this functionality is not working in Mobile. I have seen the earlier posts, Is this feature available in Appian16.2?

I am sorry I am trying to configure record URL for eg: "forum.appian.com/.../summary" as a start page
