Downloading Salesforce Attachments

We have a use case where we want to download the attachment from the salesforce in the Appian. Once we have that attachment, we would be sending that to our organization's file servers. We already have a system placed in the Appian which can send any Appian document to our org's servers. The only trouble is getting the attachments from the salesforce. I am aware of the HTTP File Download Smart Service. If I want to use that to get the attachment, what should I do?

I did some research online and found that Salesforce attachment usually have this format to download the file: /servlet/servlet.FileDownload?file=<AttachmentID>. When I tried that using the HTTP File Download Smart Service, I just get the File typed document while originally the document is PDF.

Is there any idea how I could download Salesforce Attachment in Appian?
