Can we use a helpTooltip for each column in a pagingGrid?

IMO, it might be worth using the instructions/helpTooltip attribute of the Grid component in case if it's a simple text or use a Rich Text field component above the Grid Component(Small/Medium Header that conveys grid's name and Instructions by the Rich Text Component and a Grid Component with no label and instructions) rather than duplicating the Instructions content across each record in the Grid.
