how to get everything under a folder when creating an application package

Hi,
With the Appian designer, how can I just get everything under a certain folder in our Process Models and Rules tab. There are sub-folders as well under these folders. I have an application where changes were done a while ago and it was never documented so I just want to transfer everything from our DEV environment over to production to make sure I got everything that was done.
If there's a better way to ensure that I have everything please feel free to comment too.

From memory I think all, but you can easily test it out. Create a few folders with multiple sub folders and try adding to an app. Or if you've already got this scenario set up create a new app to test it out. Delete the app once done if you want to tidy up
