Problem with File Upload

-- Problem with File Upload --
The file upload component is used on the form but it gets hang for only one user. After we browse and select the file, there is a process bar that fills up to 100% and then displays the file size. It never transitions from the process bar to the file size which indicates the file is ready to upload , So clicking on form button which initiates the next node in the process model is ineffective.
Attached is the screenshot where the component hangs.

Any advice is appreciated,

@sayalii768, Are the documents being stored in Private KC and user storage space quota exceeded the default 250 MB value?
Try modifying the user storage space quota as per the guidelines listed in the below link
https://forum.appian.com/suite/help/16.2/Document_Management.html#modifying-user-storage-space-quotas
