Problem with File Upload

-- Problem with File Upload --
The file upload component is used on the form but it gets hang for only one user. After we browse and select the file, there is a process bar that fills up to 100% and then displays the file size. It never transitions from the process bar to the file size which indicates the file is ready to upload , So clicking on form button which initiates the next node in the process model is ineffective.
Attached is the screenshot where the component hangs.
Any advice is appreciated,
Thank you.

@sayalii768 If you are saying that, it keep on showing Working... once you click on submit After selecting the file as per Screenshot, then there might be some issue with your Server. There may be possibility that the server might be functioning Slow. And very important try to check your server Log, that might give some hint about the root cause. however may i know the file size which you are trying to Upload

@aloks176 - The progress bar for file upload component is not displaying the file size(just show 100%), which means that the file is ready to upload and we can submit the form. As Component is hanged the form is also not getting submitted and Working is displayed. File size is 30 KB.
Checked server log too but got nothing related to this. While this issue is faced by only one user.

@sayalii768 I agree with @Ramanjaneyulu Thummala, try to do the same with different Browsers by cleaning the cache, cookies and History, and check are you still facing the same issue, if yes then there might be some issue in your Server

@Sayali, As pointed issue is faced with only one user
Can you confirm if that user is a 'Basic User' & has author access to upload contents to respective KC folder

If the User doesn't have author access to upload file to target folder, then Surely Error will be displayed on submitting the form. Once the file is uploaded it will display with File Size this is not happend. Strange Issue

@Sayali, Can you double check the user in question is there in the correct groups for which author access was granted, If possible can you share the logs when you are trying to upload a document
