Is there a limit to the number of elements inserted in a TEXT ARRAY and whether

Is this for a list of elements ( text array) in a PV?

The documentation states this applies to

- Multiple values that are entered into a field using keystrokes (or a keyboard alternative)
For example, the restriction applies when typing a list of values for a constant or designating a form field value using a list of items that are entered in a manner similar to the following list. 20;30;90;1;16;86;33;55

- This limit does NOT apply when saving multiple values that are derived from expressions or other system activities.
