Generating PDF from DOCX

I have a document with grid data in a table format.I am trying convert Document to PDF by using PDF from DOCX smart service .I got a output of generated PDF document but in generated PDF Document getting empty data instead of table data. Can anyone please help me on this.

Hi @@vvravikumarl505, Are you getting table structure data in generated PDF because I was faced issue with table data only. Thanks for the Information.

Plz check your DOCX document is Converting to PDF or not by Using "DOCX to PDF

As you said I have checked online to convert docx to pdf.
I am able to get PDF document in expected format but in Appian how can we do
Could you please tell me

Please check any column or cell configurations for table or column name case must match with table case

Hi @vvravikumarl505,
No,still I have a same problem but in my scenario Docx is enough so that I didn't try again to convert pdf from Docx. If you get any solution for this could you please tell me the solution?

hi nagashankarn, Its resolved for me after using Advanced Document Template to generate the word document then convert it into PDF

Hi, any resolution for this? We are using the pdf from docx and merging a few docx documents. However, when one of them has a table, the smart service errors out
