I have crated a Knowledge Center and couple of folders in that KC. From Upload component users will upload the docs (Spreadsheet). I am saving the uploaded docs to corresponding folders. Here the issue is some of the docs are able to delete directly. We are not able to delete some of the docs which are not in approve. Can anyone tell me how will be the some docs are in approve and some are not in approve? Thanks..!

Yes, from designer url. Now I am going to use Document Delete smart service in the process model after inserting the doc to folder. But my doubt is while going to delete with the help of document id, will it be deleted if the doc is not approved?
