Appian Cloud with Microsoft Cloud Azure SQL Server database

Question

Has anyone implemented using Appian Cloud App connects to Microsoft cloud Azure SQL Server as main database solution? Wondering if there will be any performance issue due to network (assuming Azure SQL Server tables are well indexed)

 We recently published documentation regarding integrations with Azure resources. Specifically to your question, there should be no performance degradation outside what is expected due to latency.
