Mobile -- PDF Download in IPAD

I downloaded the PDF document thru link in SAIL Form but only the Images are visible and Text field like Names are not visible in IPAD. The same PDF when i download in Laptop then all the text fields are visible. Please advice on this.

I have had this issue before. It was related to the viewer on the iPAD. Are you using the adobe app or the native iBooks? The issue we had was resolved by using the adobe app to view the pdf on the iPAD.
