Is there a plugin or out of box function to get list of deactivated users

Question

Appian designer has a link in People tab to view list of deactivated users. Is there any function or plugin expression that can be used to get same list of deactivated users ? I need this list to provide to security auditors on daily basis. Looking for a function to use in sechedulled batch processes. OriginalPostID-247351
