Activity Chaining

Hi,
Let us assume we have a Process Model having User Input Task along with Activity Chaining, now let us assume i want to call that process model from another process Model as Sub process, in that case we have 2 options, Synchronous and Asynchronous. Where if i use Synchronously, and enable Activity Chain, then i am able to get Sub process user Input task instantly due to Chain, but when i use Asynchronously, then by default Enable Activity Chaining check Box gets disabled but shows as it is selected. So when i execute my Main process, then the User Input Task of sub process gets appeared in Task. So is it mandatory to go for Synchronously only, if my requirement to get User Input Task of Sub process as Chained
Thanks

@Alok
I think the reason for check box selected with disabled is , you have selected Synchronously and selected the activity chaining checkbox and then when select Asynchronous it is going to disabled mode.
