start a process when apian send an email message to user

Is there any way to start a process when apian send an email message to user? ( I know there is a way to start a process when email is sent to appian server).

Yes, configure a sub-process node to call that process your want to start after sending the email.

Is the message being sent from a workflow? If so, can you just add a sub process node to start a different model after the email node in the workflow?

@amirh504 Upto 16.2 you could do something as below also, but 16.3 onwards not sure
