Different Log in Pages and Log in URLS

My Client wants to Develop two Log in Pages for Different sets of Users.
For one Set they just want to see a password element visible and for another set of Users a login id and password.
And they want two different URL's fr different logins is this Possible i have never came through this Scenario.

Please Help!!!

Currently its not possible to have 2 login pages OOB. this can be achieve creating one more login page jsp . but modification in base product is not recommended.
