Problem with generating word document from template

Hi All,

I'm using MS Word 2007 Doc from Template smart service, The problem is
I've header and footer added in the template, but the generated document doesn't contain these header and footers in all pages. Only last 2 pages are having this header and footer. Any idea why it is behaving like this? Any suggestions how to fix this issue ?

Hi Ravi,

What was the specific issue? We are having issues as well in that when we merge documents we lose the footer. Any advice would be appreciated.
