Can the application developed by appian be 508 compliance?
if Yes Please suggest me some inputs working for the first time on 508 Compliance.

508 Compliance is somewhat subjective, as to the level and requirements that must be met. When designing your application, you want to make sure you put things in proper tab order, add hover text to images, don't use colors to have meaning that can't be understood by screen readers or otherwise seen by people who may be color-blind, etc.. There are many more considerations, but I hope this helps you get started.
