Appian Process History screen

Is there a way to get more detailed timing information on the Process History screen in Designer? I'd like to see finer details about when a node was executed or a PV value was set. Currently it shows Date + HH:mm. Is there a configuration setting to change this to include seconds (and potentially milliseconds)?
(We have a cloud instance, btw)
