Import not loading application

Hi

We are trying to import application on our UAT environment. But it keeps loading the application and nothing happens.

We saw the same issue often, Apart from that when click on Inspect nothing will happens and the import application dialogue dismisses. This is same for Import also. we are verify from the design and news whether the application Is imported successfully or not. May be by restarting the server the Upload issue get resolves
