Hi
I have a process model which takes some inputs from the end user and on submitting the form, it sends out an email to all the concerned persons and the end user.
I need screenshots of UI to be displayed in the mail that the end user have filled.
Is there any way to do it?
Thanks in advance....

Use a HTML template for the email.

No. But why would you want to do that? Appian already tracks all changes of data in a process.

Aayusha, we had a similar requirement but rather than giving the end user UI screenshots we created word documents for them with all the data that the end users have filled in. You can give them access to the KC where you are storing the documents you created or have it as an attachment to the email.
forum.appian.com/.../Word_Doc_from_Template_Smart_Service.
Hope this helps.

You could create a PDF or word template and fill all the values that user has filled
Design the template similar to you user form and generate the doc/PDF and send the link to use or as attachment.
Taking the exact screenshot of browser needs 3rd party js files and with Appian mobile tempo/actions this is not suggested/recommend

So ultimately there isn't a way (or a clear direct way) to get a screenshot of a form UI and attach it to an email. There are several workarounds as mentioned above of how you can get your captured data on a downloadable file attached to an email that can be sent to someone in a process.
