How do I change my password?

Hi Rich, we can use 'Reset Password' tab available in 'Peoples' tab for changing the password. The system will send you an email with temporary password to login, and you need to change it during first login.

If you have only LDAP users in the environment, this option might not work as expected. Usually we configure both local Appian users and LDAP users for user setup. Thanks!

Make sure email server is configured on your Appian environment and allowing Appian to send emails (this can be done in Admin console) ..
