I am getting this alert in an email node in my model.

There is a problem with task “Send E-Mail” in the process “Tst: BRA - Admin Employee”. An e-mail could not be sent because the run as user for this activity could not access one or more of the groups listed in the e-mail address.

This doesn't make any sense. I should not have to assign privileges for one group to send email to another group. Tell me there is another way to send email from one group to the other without granting Admin rights to the group the email is going to.

rajendrasingh001 as Stefan Helzle said it's possible that user will get the list only if user is the member of the group. Please follow the link for more info regarding Group Visiblity . Thanks.

I am also getting exactly same issue. I have used From as "Process Designer", but still no luck.

Are you able to fix the issue. If Yes, could you please let me know workaround.

Hi Hari, typically it is best to create a new thread with your issue - this one is 8 years old. Likely any posters from 8 years ago will not answer your follow-up via this thread.

However, we can run into this issue when Group Visibility is set to be too restrictive. I typically set groups to be Public and handle any visibility concerns manually as needed (rarely).
