issue with PDF from DOCX smart service

Hi,
Has anyone used the PDF from DOCX smart service? We use it to create a pdf document from all the .docx files uploaded by the user.

I'm getting the following error:
Exception exporting package; FOP issues.apache.org/.../show_bug.cgi .. try PP_APACHEFOP_DISABLE_PAGEBREAK_LIST_ITEM

Has anyone encountered this before?

Hi Gary,

Does the uploaded word documents have any manually inserted page breaks other than those which are automatically inserted by word.

Hi Gary, As Ramesh suggested please check for the manually inserted page breaks and also go through the below post which helps you to generate the page break through OOXML wherever necessary:
