Tempo Feed Not Rendering Sporadically

Hi all,

Wonder if anyone has ever seen the below before?

2017-02-06 11:49:26,080 ajp-/0.0.0.0:8009-1 ERROR com.appiancorp.abdera.AtomEntryCollectionAdapter - An internal error occured while accessing the tempo feed
java.lang.RuntimeException: Could not retrieve user record for user UUID: _h-0001dd61-9b07-8000-9aee-01075c01075c_396! Exception: InsufficientPrivilegesException [username]=>1: The record type identifier=1 does not exist, has been deleted, or you do not have sufficient privileges to access its data. (APNX-1-4205-002)

The tempo feed does not render and if the user manages to get to a record it will return a 500. This happens very sporadically and will affect all users for a short period of time, and then it will resolve itself with no further action. It has happened on both our production and UAT instances separately.

Any ideas?
