Password Reset throwing error

Hi everyone,

I'm facing the same error while trying to reset another user's password from the Appian Admin Console.

Error:

Expression evaluation error:
The user [email id] does not have sufficient privileges to perform the requested action because they are not in any role.

I am logged in as a System Administrator, and the error occurs after clicking the Reset Password button for this specific user.

I've already checked the following:

The user account exists and is active.
I'm performing the action as an administrator.
I have tried multiple times, but the same error persists
