Changing direction of Appian logo

Wanted to see if it is possible to change where the "Appian" logo in the upper left hand goes to? I have been able to change the Appian.png logo to "Appian Instructions" and would like to be able to have the users be able to Click on the logo that says "Appian Instructions" and it opens a file location with the user instructions? Trying to figure out how to have "User Instructions" available to users on every page they are on while in Appian? Thoughts? Suggestions

The logo on the left (above the links, below toolbar) redirects the user to their start page. You can set user start pages in the admin console. Their start page could be a page that has links to helpful info.

However, now in 17.1, the logo goes away when you click into a task, record, report, and action.

I would also ask what help info do they need? Can it be broken up into specific help so that it is targeted and not cumbersome? If so, look at form instructions, tool tips, field instructions, and even a header SAIL rule that passes in a variable to give each page a unique link to a record entry that gives targeted help and the user can open in a new tab/window. Just some other ideas.
