@surajc you can develop your own plugin to work with social feed and integrating it to Appian News Feed

Let's take an example of Twitter, we have a public API available for Twitter in Java, using which you can fetch list of tweets for a particular (such as #IPL, #MSFT, #SUN etc..) and can return list of tweets as the response of the Expression function, and call the same expression function by passing it's parameter using Script task in a process Model, configure Post System Event to Feed with MNi and post all the Tweets retrieved by your API into Appian News Tab as Feed
