Rule List In An Application

You should be able to sort the contents of the application by Object Type. You can select Query Rule, Expression Rule, Interface, etc. from within an application on the left side of the /designer page. Let me know if this answers your question.

Adding to the above comment the Description that we give for rules will be help full for searching the rule quickly

I guess you might be interestred not just rules, entire objects in the application. Try exporting the entire application and in export log you can find the list of objects along with UUID.

This is quite cumbersome if the number of rules are very high and we need to copy paste the full list by navigating through all the pages.
